paid £45 for ‘hybrids’ - they were not hybrids. my eye ended up infected -had to get antibiotic eye drops and find someone to remove them for me the next morning, this lash tech was shocked at the state. there were large clumps of 5-6 extensions on one lash and they were difficult to remove. painful and negative experience. luckily was given half a refund but still i had to pay for eye drops and removal so i lost out on around £40. there was a dog in the room which i was unaware of. disappointed

Been to a few different places to get my lashes done but no one does them as gorgeous as Jen, she does such a beautiful job, love my lashes every single time!
