I love my haircut it’s exactly why I asked for and she knew what would look best for me due to her experience. For a wash and a cut the price is amazing and all the staff were lovely!

I am very happy with my experience at Queen Lux. I got a haircut with rough dry (one of the cheapest options), but I still received full attention with a great head massage during the wash. They cut exactly how I wanted it and everyone were really nice.

Hot hard wax was used and it left me with a bit of a burn / scab after the waxing. I’m not sure if it’s due to the quality of the wax or if it is too hot that caused a bit of scabbing after. Nasin was nice but I do think the choice of wax needs to be looked at. Years of waxing and I’ve never experienced anything like this.
