The haircut was really basic and took 10 minutes, with no finishes and didn’t even style my hair as didn’t have curly hair products, not to mention they rescheduled my appointment to the afternoon and she was still 40 minutes late

I like Jack’s business, Nail Lux. Apparently, he has a number of shops around London. This shop in West Hampstead is convenient for me.

The wax used at this salon is extremely cheap and left me in pain for days afterwards. I went into the treatment room and was asked to take my bottoms off with the therapist still in the room, so from the beginning it just felt unprofessional. She painted the entire area with wax in one go rather than in sections in line with hair growth, which meant it was unnecessarily painful. She only used lotion on the front so I walked home with wax still stuck to me, which was painful.
