I was very satisfied with the treatment itself however I gave only three stars due to difficulty in getting in touch with Monique as I tried calling, texting and emailing her to arrange for patch test but it was no reply at all so I decided to go and get it done the venue but when I got there I was surprised that she left that address and she doesn't work there anymore, the lady in the salon advised me to find her new address through groupon which I did, and went to her straight away, when I said to her that I tried contacting her I was surprised with the answer she said she's aware of my text and my email but she's too busy to reply 😳

Very happy with my lashes as Monique carefully with attention to detail applied the lashes-she is very professional and good at her work. She uses the best quality products. I would definately recommend her to everyone. The location is prefect as easily accessible by tube and the ambience of the flat is also good. 100 % to Monique for her great job

Monique was so lovely and welcoming although I was a couple minutes late. My lashes are beautiful and soft and exactly how I wanted them. Definitely found my lash artist!

She is great, very friendly and kind. Her application is faultless. However I would have liked to have more of a consultation on what style I wanted as I would have liked them more natural looking. However they are beautiful and great value would book again
