Wax took way longer than it needed to. Loads of hair left, terrible wax. I've had lots of bikini waxes and this by far the most painful, she just took a long time to do it with little affect.
I had a hollywood wax, I was a few minutes early and had to wait outside as the therapist was in the treatment room with the front door locked. The wax itself was very good. She was friendly and thorough. I like the fact they use products that are free from parabans and many other toxic chemicals.
I have been to this salon a few times but this last time I was seen 20 minutes late for an appt which took 1h30 minutes for Brazilian 1/2 leg and underarm -too long considering I have had this done previously in 30 minutes! I understand the lady was trying to be thorough it she used the tweezers on me so much that towards the end I just asked her to stop. She used hot wax on my underarm 4 times (it's still sore 3 days later). I am afraid I will not be returning to this salon!

The massage was relaxing and i felt amazing afterward. My therapist was really friendly and pleasant and made me feel relaxed. I didn't feel rushed and she gave me advice. I was offered plenty of water and tea which was a nice touch.
