I tried to get a wax today after calling and making an appointment. When I arrived there were already two women waiting, one had to open the door for me as both beauticians were busy and the door was locked. After waiting with these women for 15 minutes, I was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes and at that point I left because I do not think waiting 30 minutes for an appointment is acceptable. Luckily I was able to get an amazing wax down the street but I will not be trying this salon anymore after such disappointing customer service.
Really enjoyed my massage. I like a very firm touch and she got it spot on! The Thai aspect of the massage was slightly odd, and I was a little worried when she climbed on me without warning - it was the least enjoyable bit. I'm much smaller then her, so it was somewhat worrisome.
Anyway, overall, she knew what she was doing and had obviously had professional training, the only downside was the communication was a little lacking. This could be due to a slight language barrier though??
Good value for money. Treatment started 30min late without any apologies or discounts,
I had a hollywood wax, the lady was very efficient and I was out in 15 mins, however, she didn't ask me to check afterwards and when I got home there were a lot of missed hairs.
