I had been given the wrong information by a previous employee at the salon re which waxing I had, so I booked for a high bikini instead of a Brazilian. The previous employee had left and the manager of the salon did my treatment. She explained that what I wanted was actually a Brazilian which should have been an extra £15 (although I do think £35 for a wax is pretty steep!). However, she very kindly didn't charge me the extra and said I would know for next time. She was also very good at the job - painless experience with good results. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable. PLUS they give you free mini dine bars in reception! What's not to like?!
