I booked a restyle appointment as I wanted a consultation on a new look for summer. The senior stylist wasn’t aware of this and rather than a consultation and cut I ended up getting the usual couple inches off and layering. The cut is fantastic the service was good, just wish I had a chance to consider some other styles which was the whole point of choosing this appointment over others. Great value for money. I would go back to get the same cut done.

I wont be going back. I went to pay and was told that they dont accept cards. This is 21st Century for goodness sake! Was left feeling awkward and embarrassed because I dont do cash. And I had to go out of my way to go back and pay them the following day.
