Quad Health Club & Spa at Crowne Plaza London Docklands   Off-peak
This venue offers discounts on off-peak appointments.

Quad Spa is located within the Crowne Plaza London - Docklands hotel, just a five minute stroll from the western entrance of ExCeL and three minutes from Royal Victoria DLR station and the Emirates Air Line cable car.

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. We have three calming treatment rooms where we offer ESPA facial and body solutions and Peron Rigot waxing, plus a nail studio offering both CND Shellac and OPI manicures and pedicures.

Each of our ESPA body treatments, rituals, massages and wraps is designed to ensure you experience the best physical and emotional therapeutic benefits depending on your needs.

ESPA facials begin with a detailed consultation and in-depth skin analysis using Skinvision technology. Your facial is tailored to your specific areas of concern. We have facial solutions to combat lack of radiance, dehydration, sensitivity, purification and anti-ageing.

Treatments range from 25 minute express pick-me-ups such as a salt and oil scrub; back, neck and shoulder massage; or invigorating foot treatment; through to an 85 minute back, face, scalp treatment with or without hot stones. ESPA massage techniques available are Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Swedish and Deep Tissue.

When a full spa package is booked, guests will have access to the sauna, steam room, swimming pool, spa pool and relaxation area.

Herbal and fruit infusions, freshly squeezed juices and salads are served downstairs in Docklands Bar and Grill, if you require a light lunch or supper after your treatments.

My massage was done by Renata who did an amazing job - felt great after the massage. She really tries to work on any problem areas. I was very happy with my massage.

This was a wedding anivessary gift for my wife so i gave her the address only expecting that her details would be listed in the reception... Not true!
I had to send the confirmation details by email to her so she could prove the booking... Also the amount i've paid for it! They suggested her to come back the next day but she could 't as she would have to work...
The way she described:
Not really a SPA. Small pool with lots of kids and their parents around as an audience. There was a tub but wouldn't feel confortable with everyone watching me... There wasn't a relaxation room so i asked to stay in the room after my massage section but after 5 minutes they asked me to leave as someone else had book led a massage so the room... Left early as there wasn't much to do and as a last surprise £15 for car park.

Dear Mayra,

Thank you for your recent feedback. First of all please allow me to apologise. If you can kindly email me at eavadanei@cpdocklands.co.uk directly to discuss further and also to find out more about the recent experience , as it is a bit difficult to locate the day you had the booking as I believe it was under a different name.

Thank you

I was pleased that Renata was my therapist again for my third hot stone massage. Not only did she remember my pain points but found knots in another area that I didn't even realise was an issue. Renata is very dextrous with the hot stones whilst also applying just the right pressure to relieve pain and tension.
This time, I looked around the "spa facilities", they lacked the real ambience of a true spa and felt more like a low level gym/ public pool. This does not reflect the massage rooms or service at all. I would only go back for the excellent massage experience!

I've had a lot of massages and facials over the years and I can easily say this was the best I've had. Martine was informative and easy going. I'd say the only flaw of the whole experience was the hot tub and steam room and changing rooms weren't up to the same standard décor wise, they seemed tired and in need of a refresh. Overall though, very happy and will definitely be going back!

I have been booked massage here for 3 times, the therapist is nice and friendly but at the end of the last treatment one embarrassed matter made me upset. After everything done I came to the reception as usual the therapist waited me when I told her I had booked that treatment online the money has paid up another stuff came to talk with a dirty look. In her thinking it seems like I did want to enjoy the treatment without paying anything. When I showed her the confirming email she said that appointment was booked in last day not today, at that time my mood was totally relaxed and feeling sleepy so I couldnt give her direct feedback to let her know I just confused the date not do it intentionally. When she repeat her questions again a violent impatience overcame her even she asked her colleague whether I can understand English properly! What is worse, she almost shouted at me to tell I should call them before to change the date. I thought it is their duty to confirm whether the treatment time suits to the right guests not after doing treatment show this kind of rude behaviour to me. I repeat my words many times to tell that stuff the money has been paid up but she said I was lucky becoz the people who made this appointment today was not come so everything done. Excuse me, what is the meaning of " You are lucky" ???? I am a legal guest who paid you to enjoy your service it is not like that I beg you guys to serve me. I dont know why this hotel can employ such a low quality people who could insult their client to work in reception ??? Anyway thx to Simrita she is excellent .Very good massage . Came out feeling stress free and relaxed.

Hi Yolanada0619,
Thank You for your feedback on your recent visit to the Quad Health Club & Spa. I am deeply saddened by your experience and I do apologise. As you will be aware from your previous visit this is not how the Quad Spa or the Crowne Plaza conduct themselves when dealing with a clients. I feel this review is not a true reflection of how we at the Quad Spa operate and I would kindly like the chance to find out more about your experience and to welcome you back at the Quad Spa. If you can e-mail me direct at dtaylor@cpdocklands.co.uk so I can understand in more detail on how we can improve our services and future guest experience.

Thank You

The massage and spa itself was great. We booked a massage in order to have a spa day (it said we could use the pool, sauna....). The Pool area was a joke. Two deckchairs are not enough for a lot of people, Sauna was dirty, Steamroom did not look very hygienic either. There was a swimmimg course for young children which made relaxing in the pool area impossible (this is something that should have been told us before). We went there with three girls, it was a birthday present for one of the girls and we were very dissapointed. We guaranteed her a nice relaxing spa day and (appart from the massage) were less relaxed afterwards then we were before. It should be mentioned before that this pool area is not really meant for relaxation. Anyway, the massage was very nice and we really enjoyed that part of the day. Also the staff was friendly.

Hi Annabel,
Thank You for your feedback on your recent visit to the Quad Health Club & Spa. I am sorry to hear that your experience wasn't to a standard that you had hoped for. For the Quad Health Club & Spa I can assure you that the hygiene of the facilities is maintained to a high standard throughout the day and night and it is disappointing to hear otherwise. I would very much like the chance to contact you in regards to the above and if you could kindly e-mail me direct at dtaylor@cpdocklands.co.uk so I can understand in more detail on how we can improve our services and the guests experience.

Thank YOu

I think the treatments are quite expensive here and the facilities (changing rooms) are not very clean. But the staff are nice and my treatment was fine.
