Had a 30min therapeutic massage to get rid of some pain in my shoulder and neck. It was firm just as I needed it and the doctor was very informative about how I can prevent further pain
Very friendly staff and comfortable environment. However, my masseuses didn't really speak English which was a problem because I was trying to tell her about some problems I have with my back and she didn't understand me. She did however seem to pick up on any pain I experienced and gave me a thorough massage, I just think it would have been better if we could fully communicate.
I booked a deep tissue massage and I got a chinese treatment massage instead. He gave some good advice and was professional, Massage was good and I did feel it in the muscles after a day. However there was a homeless looking guy in the reception and another same type sitting with him when leaving. I found it strange.
I went for a massage at the Health Chinese Clinic on Tottenham Court Road on Monday because I had a headache that painkillers would not cure.
The massage itself was fantastic, probably up there with one of the best I've ever had. The pressure was perfect and it really did ease my headache. The massage lasted the full hour and I left feeling a lot better.
I would highlight that do not go expecting a 'spa' like treatment. The rooms are clean and comfortable but I would say it was a no frills experience.
I did come back to the office and iv'e recommended the clinic to a number of people already,
Really great massage from a staff member called David, highly recommend. He was very attentive to areas of certain knots and pains, feel great after. many thanks!
