first time to try ear candle, saw horrible wax and head clear after short head massage, staff is very technic and friendly, been recommend to do full body massge, booked already, expect that, thanks guys.
Shocking visit. Was left with cupping jars on me for nearly 30 minutes without anyone coming to take them off; had to remove them myself, which is quite a difficult and painful task. Received a measly and half-hearted apology after having to remove cups myself with severe bruising on my middle and upper back. Appalling service, would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Second visit. Deep tissue massage was amazing. Unfortunately, there is a communication problem with some of the staff not speaking English. A 15 minute face massage was supposed to be included in the herbal facial + steam package. However, it was not given. And when I asked for it, I was given a 5 minute face massage out of my 30 minutes deep tissue massage time.

Fantastic massage, really deep tissue. The masseuse was strong but painful and frequently asked if I was ok with the strength of it (which I was). Both staff I interacted with were really friendly and caring. Fantastic value, and one of the best deep tissue massages I've had in London.
