Great value and convenient location, but the head hole in the bed was all covered in towels so I felt like suffocating for 15 minutes, and I couldn't move because of the cups all over my back, so it was really unpleasant experience.
But I have been there before in a different room and it was great, so I am giving negative points only because of the uncomfortable bed.

I could tell the member of staff was unsure of how to do this. She gave me a 5 minute shoulder rub to compensate. They’re massages are probably much better.
