Wonderful massage that completely unknotted my neck and shoulders. Massage oils smelt delicious too and I came out feeling very relaxed. Highly recommend!
Massage was fantastic but a lot of the spa facilities are out of order due to refurbishment.
The spa facilities such as the steam room were not available as they are being refurbed. We have been told we can visit them FOC when the refurb is finished but both my daughters will be away then.
The placed was a bit hard to find, it's found inside the David Lloyd's club. We got there 3 minutes before our appointment and there was only one girl who i thought was nice and friendly. We booked to have our massages together but she insisted the booking said one after the other.
The massage room was clean, smelled really nice and the lighting was adequate, the massage lasted 40min. She was very nice and professional, she offered a hot drink afterwards.
