I had a wonderful experience at Qi Spa in Northwood.
The receptionist was very professional, went out of her way to accommodate my request and it was a pleasure to deal with.
The masseuse was fantastic , professional and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable, really took her time and gave me good advice.

Thought the experience was amazing. They talked me through my treatment and asked any special requirements. They were very friendly. I loved the massage, it really helped relax me after a lot of stress at work. Only complaint was they told me I had access to the facilities In the David Lloyd club, to which those members of staff were unaware and they were not very helpful in directing me to where I wanted to go. Otherwise a delightful experience And well definitely go again soon.
