I booked a spa day package for myself and a friend. The package included a massage, facial and mani or pedi. I asked if the facial could be swapped for something else but staff were reluctant to amend packages. The massage by Katie was lovely and I was very happy with the pedicure but absolutely hated the facial. During the massage, loud footsteps and people talking very loudly could be heard. The voices were from the reception area and also the adjacent therapy rooms. This was disruptive and didn't quite leave us with a relaxing feel. Also, there were no couples/double suite for us to enjoy the spa day together, neither were there any other spa facilities. I therefore would not call this place a spa but more a beauty salon. On a more positive note, the grounds and main building is beautiful as is the hall where the manicures and pedicures take place. I would return.

I love the way Angela massages the face, neck and shoulders. She also taps and applies just enough pressure on certain points. Will definitely come back for a course and recommend gladly.

Really enjoyed my massage at Qi Spa. Sasha was really great and would recommend.
I had a fabulous Indian head massage followed by a moisturising facial today. My therapist was extremely knowledgeable and she tailored both treatments to suit my skin type. My skin feels so plump and bright. I can’t thank her enough!
