Charlie is always so welcoming and kind in her approach. She’s a great listener and flexible with her clients. I went in to get my eyebrows done, mentioned I was struggling with some shoulder pain so she provided a neck and shoulder massage which has really helped with my pain and movement while I wait for physio. She’s an absolute babe and local hero. Not all superhero’s wear capes.
