I had the back facial done by Charlotte and it was exactly what I needed. Charlotte is very funny, kind and caring and extremely good at her job. My back facial was very relaxing but she also did work some problem areas which felt like a massive relief from the pain. I didn’t want the massage to end it was bliss, the music was very calming and the bed and face pillow was very comfortable

I had my first ever lash lift and tint and I can honestly say it's much better than I ever expected. Charlie was as ever her amazing self, happy and attentive throughout. I am so pleased with the outcome. After this I had my massage which was so relaxing and really helped sooth my sore muscles.

My facial was amazing, very relaxing atmosphere and much needed. Charlie was lovely and attentive and very knowledgeable.
Especially liked the goody bag at the end and will definitely return. Highly recommend.
