Really sorry. Never complain. But when my cuticles were being trimmed the side of my toe got snipped - a few days on and it is really sore. Also the whole pedicure experience was nowhere near as thorough as my usual one in the countryside... and was very much more expensive. Sorry - but I won't be coming back.
