My nails are ok. I’ve had them done previously by another staff member and they were a lot better. Today’s appointment left me disappointed. I’m not happy with my nails but honestly I don’t have the time to go back here - a BIAB infill is advertised as 45 mins. I have been there for 105 minutes. They’re not careful with their tools they will hurt you and not care. I’ve had mixed experiences here. Depends who you have doing your nails it seems!!!!!!

At first I wasn’t sure of the colour and Quan took the time to show me other options, test the colour on her nails to see how it would look. She paid really close attention that my nails looked perfect and I love the result. Would recommend!
