Pleasant experience. The only downside was a very long phone call by one of the employees throughout the treatment , whilst being very loud!

The salon is very nice but the atmosphere feels very busy. A member of staff was on a video call showing all of the customers and surrounding space to the person she was speaking to in her own language. Other colleagues were calling out to the person on the phone as well it was a bit loud and also uncomfortable. My nails are different lengths and the corners are too sharp even though I asked for square nails the corners should not be this sharp
