Not happy this time. Not person i booked. Missed communication and no biab used. Nails cut WAY too short after I’d said 4x to leave long! I was offered to have biab put on top on my gel manicure- which i did (at a later date) as i didn’t want to have them done again but not protected like biab was meant. The gel manicure is actually lovely/well done and man was skilled but just didn't listen to me.
