My nails look great but it felt a bit like a factory, rather than personal. Hand massage was swift and perfunctory, didn’t feel relaxing. I arrived early (30 mins) so I could take my time to look at colours as I’d not been there before and had something in mind. They rushed ahead to see me early even though I was still picking, and I felt rushed to choose. They did take their time to check the nails were perfect, and they do look good. Just wouldn’t say it was 5 stars.
