Venue is great and the quality of the polish is great, stays on my nails for weeks without chipping and loads of colours to choose from. Don’t expect great customer service though, they tried to charge me £7 more than i paid when i previously went and had the same treatment? doesn’t make any sense?

Good treatment and massage! But so rude staff and cold ambiance. It’s too much expect to say Hello or Good bye. No drinks proposed, poor cleanness!
