Arrived on time to my appointment but there were not enough people to cover the clients so I had to wait 10 mins to be attended, while other walk-in clients were being taken care of. The person didn’t apologise for arriving late and did everything on the rush, barely dedicated time to properly shape and treat the nails (bare in mind I paid for a manicure service). At the end he put just a small drop of hand cream in my hands and didn’t bother to extend it, he definitely wanted to quickly finish up with me and move onto the next client. I’m completely disappointed and won’t go there again.

Manicure was very good. However the last manicure I got here only lasted a week and a half (using CND polish) and was not happy to have to go back so quickly.
