I booked for SNS extensions online. When I got to the venue I sat down and thought that they must know what I wanted as nobody checked with me or asked. I have had extensions once before in a different salon, so I couldn't tell if maybe the technique here was different. I ended up with no extensions and got charged the same price as if I had them!
