The salon looks nicer on pictures. The chemical smell is strong, poor ventilation. The procedure started 12m late and finished late, after they closed - the staff was cleaning literally around me, I had to leave without getting the colour done. My therapist may be a nice person but… Almost doesn’t speak English, it was difficult to communicate and I haven’t been asked “how I’d prefer” and wasn’t advised about the steps. Got two cuts from her long nails( On top - skin reaction on their scrub.
