Nicole wasn't my nail tech, this isn't a reflection on that person.
The salon smelt awful, really heavy food smells, I have been here before and the standards seem to have dropped and it was really untidy and dusty.
The staff were shouting to each other the entire time I was there - not very relaxing.
The manicure itself was ok, but I was given a colour I'd said I didn't like but as it was halfway through I didn't want it changed as I wanted to get out of there.

I believe I was attended for a girl called Nicole (I think that is her name). That was the second time she did my nails. She is professional, she does a clean job and makes sure you are satisfied with the result, also, as any professional, before doing anything she gives you suggestions for your nails case, instead of just doing a manicure or pedicure straight away like unfortunately the rest of the staff members do.
I would like to ask to be attended my this same person.
