They're very gentle. I've always had really thin skin around my nails and with other nail salons I always get a cut here & there but Thuy & the guy who did my manicure & Pedicure were really good.

For the price I paid expected better quality. My nails broke in less that a week. Unacceptable!!! £49 for what. So disappointed

I will never go back to this place for waxing. I was left with still a lot of hair after my hollywood waxing. The lady was rushing and wasn't gentle at all. This is the worst hollywood wax I experience ever.
