Nicole wasn't my nail tech, this isn't a reflection on that person. The salon smelt awful, really heavy food smells, I have been here before and the standards seem to have dropped and it was really untidy and dusty. The staff were shouting to each other the entire time I was there - not very relaxing. The manicure itself was ok, but I was given a colour I'd said I didn't like but as it was halfway through I didn't want it changed as I wanted to get out of there.
