I was asked to come in earlier than scheduled appt. Someone else was getting their nails done when I arrived. I was asked to do a soak off which took nearly an hour -would have been done sooner if another person wasn't getting their nails done. When the polish was removed - my nails were rugged, had residue and skin was dry due to the soak off. I had to ask Kyer to smooth nails and then get cream for my hands. This should be standard practice. Lovely lady but areas above need perfecting.
