If I could I would give them 0 stars. Showed up about 10 minutes early and waited 40 minutes and the store didn’t even open. I called their phone number on this app and on google and no one answered my call or called me back. I even texted them!!! I’m currently going to a different and cheaper hair salon down the road from this one, they seem really friendly. I’m still waiting for a reply on about my refund 😤

Booked yesterday on Treatwell for a morning appointment today. Arrived at the venue on time to be faced with shutters. Totally locked up shop. Called the number on Treatwell app and it didn't even ring. The number is unavailable. No response to text or email. An utter joke.
