Having had reflexology before, I was expecting a foot massage & some discussion regarding general health. Chi Reflexology is very different. Audrey has a very calming influence & I felt very relaxed when I left.

Audrey was very welcoming. She was informative throughout my massage. It was therapeutic and very relaxing & my hour seemed to go so quickly. Wish we could have had longer. I left feeling calm and relaxed. I would definitely recommend and I will be going back myself.

I had a really positive session of Chi reflexology and Reiki with Audrey, I was new to the treatments but I was amazed at how relaxed and centred I felt afterwards, and the positive effects have really lasted since our session. I would highly recommend Audrey and I will definitely be coming back.
