If I could give less than 1 star I would, booked an appointment on Treatwell and no one showed up, rang the buzzer multiple times, called 8 times and emailed and no one bothered to respond. I pre paid for my appointment and it’s money down the toilet because no one bothered to inform me that no one would be there when I arrived. I arrived at 10:45am and was stood outside until 11:20am waiting for someone to answer the door to which I then realized no one was coming. Very disappointing
