I chose this venue as it was fairly local to where I live and I like to support local businesses. Ellen was very welcoming and professional. She advised me throughout the treatment of what she was doing. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. Ellen advised me of aftercare and gave me a couple of products to take home with me to help with this. I would highly recommend Ellen
