Atmosphere was nice, facial threading was perfect. I got a lash lift and tint, at first results were good, but lashes touching my lids. Got home and still smelled product. Saw bent lashes and frizz, 1 day later lashes breaking off. I'm humiliated.

They pay attention to detail and frequently ask if everything is ok which I found very helpful as it was my first time getting extensions. Overall happy with the service provided. Also offered me a drink which always nice.
