Normally love the service here but the eyebrow lady i had was different this time and she wanted to do threading though i’d booked waxed and i can’t have threading. She did use tweezer for small hairs after i asked and not the thread but she seemed inexperienced with waxing. She wasn’t waiting for it to cool before ripping it off which meant it was sticking a lot etc. I’ve been so happy with the service from other ladies in this salon and i’m sure this is a one off exception.
