The staff is always sweet and smiling, and I felt home and cared about. Unfortunately, I don't like the result of the cold wax: unless an extended amount of time and care is given to the little strips, it is hardly a great result. I will book hot wax only, but I will definitely return because this is the best wax centre I have been in the last year and half I live in London.
