i had such an amazing experience at pure wax. it was my first time getting a wax ever and everyone was friendly and professional. the environment was beautiful, clean and calming. i appreciated how gossip girl was playing in the background; great distraction. Dominique was amazing, she was warm, friendly, funny and personable. we had a great conversation and the wax didn't even hurt that bad- waaay better than expected.
