I had Hollywood wax before at a different place and I was always quite happy - but after seeing Fran's amazing review on Treatwell, I wanted to give this place a try. I was disappointed. Fran is a kind person but the wax was painful and ineffective - it looks like the hair was not removed with its root. Also, no soothing cream was applied afterwards. We were finished approx 15 min early, but I would have preferred her to use the time to wax more carefully. It was really not worth the money.
