I was burnt by the wax & it was a painful wax. I think the wax needed to be changed.

Had a great experience at pure wax, Fran was very chatty which helped me get distracted from the pain of the wax! She's very bubbly and puts you at ease!
One downside is that you need to access the place through a souvenir shop on the strand which made me a bit weary.
