The waxing here is good and the therapists are always friendly and professional, which I really appreciate. That said, I’ve noticed a frustrating inconsistency with the pricing. I’ve paid £37 on multiple visits, but this time was suddenly charged £47 without explanation.
This kind of jump, especially without prior notice, is disappointing — it’s something I’ve experienced at other waxing places too, and it creates the impression that prices are just made up on the day.
