First I did not find the studio (you have to enter a souvenir shop, walk through it and go up to the first floor), but I called and was directed the right way. Adriana was very nice and I will definitely come back.

Perfectly clean and nice looking place unfortunately, the wax itself was super painful. The therapist lathered the wax on in large strips and just pulled until the hair came out. I've had a lot of waxes and they've never been that painful. She wasn't even trying to make it less painful. To make it worse they had a TV on with The Big Bang Theory showing and never once asked if I was comfortable with it on - which I wasn't! Won't be going there again!
