I came in for my first wax ever and therefore was not aware that my hair was too short. Ana didn't seem happy with this at first (and for good reason! I imagine this happens all the time and it's a waste of their time) but nonetheless decided to try it. It became clear she knows what she's doing because (although with some trouble) she managed very well and stayed professional and friendly. I have learned my lesson and will definitely come back - with the correct length, this time!
