Great ambience and the receptionist welcomed me so well however Ive had a bad experience with the staff who did my treatments unlike my first visit here, it was fantastic! I would never forget a painless hollywood wax ever and sad that I expected the same on my 2nd visit unfortunately didn’t happen.

Really disappointed with my visit this time.When I got home and assessed the areas waxed there was still quite a lot of hair left.Always had fantastic results with other staff members.Will not be using particular member of staff again
