Very nice friendly staff! The facial waxing was not painful however after it under my eyebrows waxing place was really red and sore for couple of days.. also I think it looked like some turns the lady did double dipping, especially when you close your eyes for eyebrow waxing. Also the waxing is done much quicker than the time it says it will take on the booking bear this in mind if you are planning anything
