I was a few minutes late for my appointment due to traffic which resulted in a very rude welcome from the reception staff. I then felt my wax was rushed and the therapist went over the same area multiple times which was quite painful. Luckily it was over after about 10-15 mins which at the time I was grateful for. It’s now been 3 days since the wax and I can already see hairs growing back in my underarms suggesting the wax was not done properly. I think she must’ve been breaking the hairs instead of removing them properly from the roots. I could’ve achieved similar results by shaving at home. Overall i’m very disappointed with the service and will not return again. I definitely will not recommend it to others.

Great ambience and the receptionist welcomed me so well however Ive had a bad experience with the staff who did my treatments unlike my first visit here, it was fantastic! I would never forget a painless hollywood wax ever and sad that I expected the same on my 2nd visit unfortunately didn’t happen.
