Overall it was a very good wax - Ana was very nice, and professional, just like the rest of the staff. The wax was not painful and very quick, but I wish it had been more thorough - quite a few hairs left.

It was my first visit and Fran was super friendly and quick at waxing. A had a Brazilian wax and it was more painful compared to the place I used to go to as they used to pull of the wax more gently and put their hand over the area that they just waxed which helps reduce the pain. The Brazilian was a bit patchy as well but Overall it was a good experience though.
