I love this salon and I always had amazing experience but my last was not as expected. Hollywood waxing was so painful, since then itchy skin and ingrown hair... hot waxing felt like strip waxing... not so sure I’ll return anytime soon... sad...

This place is a gem! Very clean and tidy with an amazing atmosphere. Fran is very friendly and professional. I've tried different beauticians in Central London and she is definitely the best one! She always does a great job, I am so happy to have found her :)
