The service at Pure Wax Strand is excellent and all the staff I have had for my treatments have been knowledgable, thorough and welcoming. On this occasion, I had Fran and she was lovely. She talked me through the process, was efficient and even asked me if the wax was the right temperature throughout. I will definitely come back again!
