This was my second time here after having a positive experience the first time. Unfortunately, I have four burn marks on my face after my eyebrow and upper lip waxing. Yourdanas did not check to see if the temperature of the wax was acceptable and only asked how the temperature was when I flinched when she placed it under my eyebrow. Very disappointed with the service.
